Château de Favières, a labor of love since 1675. This love is what Sabrina and Vivien share today for this land, which they strive to care for with respect and tenderness. It is a love for this land shared by a long line of ancestors settled on the estate since 1675, who fought before us to preserve and pass it on.

Our philosophy is clear: to love and respect our land, to plant suitable grape varieties, and to work in the vineyard and the cellar in the gentlest way possible, in harmony with the cycles of nature. The estate is biodynamic.
