Since 1916, the Maurer family has operated the Roliebot Estate, located in Mont‑sur‑Rolle, in the heart of La Côte. Today, it cultivates an area of seven hectares.

Thierry took over the estate in 2002. From the beginning, he diversified production by cultivating new grape varieties and varying winemaking methods, notably by using barrels for aging certain wines. The control of yields combined with a long tradition of winemaking helps to enhance the quality of the harvest. By performing all tasks on the estate, from pruning to bottling, the Maurer family ensures the preservation of the original character of the wines produced.
